Fire risk assessment is valuable in understanding the fire hazards present, likelihood of it occurring and their consequences. The calculated fire risk can then be appropriately treated and managed to provide an acceptable level of fire safety. The FRA provides insights for the building owner, facilities manager or the entity responsible for the fire safety of the building about the fire safety status of the building and what to do to mitigate the identified potential fire risks.
