ITQAN uses engineering principles, research on human behavior, and egress models to analyze and predict occupant evacuation and travel paths in congested and large floor areas in buildings. The use of egress models provides 2D and 3D data on occupant movement, occupant flow, queuing, and the density in floor areas as occupants make their way towards exits.
All the buildings require emergency response and evacuation plans to be developed. This document needs to include procedures for reporting emergencies, evacuation procedures, requirement for fire drills, etc. ITQAN assist in developing project specific emergency response and evacuation plans to ensure the building occupants are better prepared for any emergencies.
